Chicken Wings Pacifica
Chicken Wings Pacifica is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 to 15 chicken wings, 1 cup brown sugar, packed, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 cup soy sauce (i use low sodium) and 1/2 cup butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
De-joint chicken wings, discarding bony tips.
Place meatier parts in shallow baking pan.
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and water and heat it until sugar and butter dissolve. Pour over chicken and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
This is also very good over chicken breasts and works very well in the crockpot.
