Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole
Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. uncle ben's wild rice (long grain), 4 chicken breasts, halved, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Pour package of rice in the bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle seasonings on top of rice (uncooked).
Place boned chicken breasts on top of rice (8 halves).
Mix soups and milk. Pour soup mixture over chicken and rice; sprinkle 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese over soup.
Bake at 275Β° for 3 hours.
