Chicken Veggie Casserole
Chicken Veggie Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken, 4 medium carrots, cut into chunks, 2 medium red potatoes, cut in chunks, 3 celery ribs, sliced and 1 c. (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Top with the carrots, potatoes and celery.
Combine the soup, water, salt and pepper.
Pour over vegetables.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 60 to 75 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
