Chicken & Vegetables Alfredo
Chicken & Vegetables Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. uncooked fettuccini or 8 oz. spaghetti, 1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrot mix, 2 tbsp. oleo, 1 lb. skinless, boneless, chicken breast, cubed and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Prepare fettuccini according to directions.
Add frozen vegetables for last 4 minutes of cooking time.
Drain.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt oleo, add chicken and cook until browned.
Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and fettuccini mixture and cook through, stirring often.
Serves 4.
