Chicken Vegetable Saute
Chicken Vegetable Saute is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. margarine, divided, 4 chicken breasts, 1 c. cut up broccoli, 1/2 c. sliced carrots and 1 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook chicken in skillet 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
Remove chicken, keep warm.
Using same skillet, cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms 5 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper; heat to boiling.
Put chicken back in skillet and reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
Garnish with lemon slices.
