Chicken Vegetable Casserole
Chicken Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box chicken rice-a-roni, 3 c. cooked chicken, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. california blend vegetables, cooked, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread Rice-A-Roni in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken on rice.
Put vegetables on chicken.
Heat soup, milk and margarine until margarine is melted.
Pour soup mixture over everything. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove foil.
Sprinkle cornflakes over top of dish and put back in oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
