Chicken Vegetable Casserole
Chicken Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and chunked, 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 2 cans mushroom soup, 1 can milk and 2 pkg. stove top stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Simmer celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Add water and mix well.
Add Stove Top dressing and mix.
Pat in 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
Cook vegetables until tender.
Drain and layer onto dressing.
Add chicken.
Mix mushroom soup and milk (can use soup can to measure).
Pour over casserole.
Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
