Chicken Tostado Casserole
Chicken Tostado Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, 1 small bag tostado chips, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Crush tostados in bottom of casserole dish.
Boil, debone and cut chicken into bite-size pieces and layer on top of tostado chips.
Mix cream of mushroom and Ro-Tel tomatoes and pour over chicken.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes. Delicious served over rice or noodles.
