Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups
Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up, 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream, 1 (10 to 12 oz.) block cheddar cheese, grated, 10 flour tortilla shells and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients except the chicken, to make a nice, moist filling.
Half this mixture into 2 separate bowls.
In one bowl, add the cooked chicken and mix again.
Spoon a portion of this filling into the tortilla shells and roll up.
Spoon the remaining bowl of filling atop the shells, after they have been placed in a long baking dish.
Be sure to grease the dish.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
