Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Chicken Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. large tortillas, 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (approximately), 3 c. cooked chicken, 1 pt. sour cream and 2 small cans green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
Combine sour cream, green chilies, cumin and cream of chicken soup.
Spread 1/3 of the sour cream mixture on bottom of the pan, then 1/3 of the tortillas.
Spread another 1/4 of the sour cream mixture over the tortillas, then 1/2 the chicken.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers with the top layer being tortillas.
Cover with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
