Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Chicken Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, 2 c. grated jack cheese and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Boil chicken; reserve broth.
Take chicken off bones and chop meat.
Mix all ingredients except tortillas and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Put 1 tablespoon of mixture in each tortilla; roll up and place in bottom of casserole dish. Pour remaining mixture over top.
Bake at 250Β° for about 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
