Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Chicken Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts (whole chicken may be used), 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 can chili con carne (no beans) and 1 can green chili salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wrap chicken in foil and bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour. Bone chicken and break into pieces.
Mix Soups, chili con carne, green chili salsa, milk, onion and olives. Grease casserole.
Put layers of tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese, about 2 or 3 layers.
Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Serves 10 to 12. May be made the day before.
