Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Chicken Tortilla Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken boiled, separate from bone, 1 doz. corn tortillas, cut in pieces, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 soup can of milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix together the soups and milk in a bowl.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch glass dish; layer ingredients as follows: tortillas, chicken, cheese, chilli's, onion and half the soup mixture. Repeat.
Cover with remaining cheese.
Refrigerate overnight or for 3 hours.
Bake at 350Β° uncovered for 1 hour.
