Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 chicken breasts (boneless), 1 bag (medium) egg noodles, 2 stalks celery, 2 medium onions and 1 can chicken and rice soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and garlic, in water until tender.
Cook egg noodles per package directions.
Chop celery and onions.
Cover with chicken broth and cook until tender (discard rest of chicken broth).
Heat the soups and Velveeta cheese together until the cheese is melted.
(Do not add water to the soups; use soups direct from the cans.)
Add onions and celery to mixture.
Stir in noodles and diced chicken.
Add peas.
