Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 large chicken breasts, seasoned to taste, 2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 medium bell pepper, 1 jar pimentos (optional) and 1 pkg. spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large pot, boil chicken breasts; season to taste.
Cook until done.
Remove chicken from pot, debone and shred.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or margarine.
Add to cooked spaghetti, sauteed onion and bell pepper, Velveeta, Ro-Tel and shredded chicken.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and sauce is thick.
Serves 8 to 10.
