Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained, 8 oz. mushrooms, cooked, 1/2 c. butter, 6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook chicken in sherry.
Add butter.
Fold in mushrooms.
Mix soup, sour cream and all seasonings well, then fold in spaghetti. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Fold in chicken and mushrooms; drain any juices.
Toss gently.
Put in greased 2-quart dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
