Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. diced chicken, 8 oz. spaghetti, 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 jar (small) pimentos and 1 small jar old english cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook 2 chickens; cool.
Cut up.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth, leaving broth even with spaghetti.
Mix ingredients together except Parmesan cheese and add to spaghetti.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish and top with desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
