Chicken Teriyaki
Chicken Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken, cut in cubes, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. slivered almonds, 1 large can pineapple chunks and 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut up chicken in cube-size pieces.
Heat wok or frying pan until a drop of water rolls like a ball.
Add oil.
Add chicken and ginger root.
Stir-fry until chicken turns white.
Add teriyaki sauce and juice from canned pineapple.
Stir until mixture boils.
Reduce heat and add pineapple and almonds.
Cook another 3 minutes.
