Chicken Taco Soup
Chicken Taco Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breast, boned and skinned, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 onion, finely chopped and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil chicken until done.
After it cools, shred with fork.
