Line bottom with dried beef.

Open chicken cutlets and place small amount of butter in middle.

Roll cutlets and hold in place with 1/2 strip bacon.

Place on top of dried beef.

Bake slowly at 275Β° for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
