Chicken Supreme
Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with c. uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, evaporated milk and fryer (or all chicken breasts if desired, 6 or 8), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a 9 x 12-inch baking pan, greased, layer uncooked rice. Combine in a separate pan the mushroom soup, celery soup and milk. Heat and pour over uncooked rice.
Then place uncooked chicken pieces from 1 entire fryer or use all chicken breasts.
Sprinkle onion soup on top of uncooked chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until well done.
Depending on your oven you may not want to remove cover.
But chicken gets nice and crispy if uncovered.
Toss a salad, make coffee and dinner is served.
