Chicken Supreme
Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large chicken breasts, 1 bunch broccoli (fresh), cooked, 2 cans campbell's cream of chicken soup, 1 c. hellmann's mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil breasts until done (approximately 40 minutes). Remove skin and bones. Cut into large chunks.
Lay chicken in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch greased pan.
Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Lay broccoli over chicken. Top with soup mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with crumbs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
