Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Chicken Stuffing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. chicken broth (from stewed chicken) and 1 bag pepperidge farm stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stew the chicken.
Cool and bone.
But chicken into small pieces and place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix soup, milk and 1/4 cup broth.
Pour over chicken.
Mix stuffing mix, 1 cup broth and butter; put mixture on top of chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour (1/2 hour covered with foil and 1/2 hour uncovered).
