Chicken Stuffed Shells
Chicken Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box stove top stuffing, 3 whole chicken breasts, 1 box jumbo shells, 3 cans cream of chicken soup and 32 oz. can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil chicken until tender.
Cook shells according to package directions.
Drain and lay on wax paper to prevent sticking.
Make Stove Top dressing according to directions, using chicken broth instead of water.
To Stove Top, add the meat of 3 chicken breasts which have been cubed.
Stuff this into cooked shells.
Mix 3 cans of cream of chicken soup with the 1 1/2 cans of chicken broth.
Place small amount of sauce in bottom of casserole dish.
Place shells in pan and pour the remaining sauce over the top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350° in metal pan or 325° in glass dish until top is bubbly.
