Chicken Stew
Chicken Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 lb. chicken, 2 medium onions, 1 can tomato paste, 2 cans whole tomatoes and 1 whole can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil chicken, onions, salt and pepper until done.
Take chicken off bone; chop this up small.
Put back in broth.
Add remaining ingredients; cook real slow.
You can add cooked rice, but watch closely, because it will stick.
We add small diced potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
