Chicken & Spinach Lasagna
Chicken & Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. (350 g.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg, 1 lb. (450 g.) lean, cooked chicken, diced, 4 sheets no-precook lasagna noodles and tomato sauce (see recipe below), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain spinach again and pat dry on paper towels.
Arrange spinach in bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and season to taste.
Arrange diced chicken over the spinach.
Cover with lasagna noodles and spoon the tomato sauce over all.
Bake at 350Β° until heated throughout.
Serve with salad greens.
