Chicken Spectacular
Chicken Spectacular is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken, 1 pkg. uncle ben's combination wild and white rice, cooked, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 medium jar sliced pimientos and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together.
Pour into lightly greased 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish.
