Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. spaghetti noodles, 4 chicken breasts, 3/4 stick butter, 1 small can peas and 1 can ro-tel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken.
After chicken is done, remove chicken and add spaghetti to chicken broth.
Chop chicken.
In large pan, melt butter, then add onion and pepper.
Cook for 1 minute.
Add peas, pimentos, tomatoes, Ro-Tel, mushrooms and cheese.
Allow cheese to melt.
Remove spaghetti from broth when done.
Add spaghetti and chicken to mixture.
Serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
