Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken (preferably large hen), 1 lb. spaghetti, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, 1 small jar stuffed olives and 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 small can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil chicken until tender; debone and chop up.
Save broth to cook spaghetti in.
Before cooking spaghetti, skim off enough fat from broth to saute onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until clear.
Add tomatoes, olives and mushrooms.
Simmer approximately 1 hour.
Add seasoning to taste.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Mix cooked spaghetti, chicken and sauce.
Place into casserole dishes and layer with shredded cheese, topping off with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes, until cheese is melted and it is hot in the middle.
If recipe is tripled, etc., baking time will increase and larger pans are needed.
