Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 lb. spaghetti, 1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped pimento and 1/2 to 2 c. cut-up chicken (i use 1 whole chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cup up chicken and boil.
(We add celery stalks, onions and seasonings, such as Accent, to give extra flavor to the chicken.) When done, save chicken broth and debone chicken into pieces. Cook spaghetti.
