Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. chicken, 1 (14 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, 1 stick oleo, 1 c. onion, chopped and 1 c. bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil chicken; skin and cut into bite size pieces.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.
Melt oleo; saute celery, bell pepper and onion until almost tender.
Add soup, tomato juice, catsup and mushrooms.
Alternate in layers.
Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
