Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. spaghetti, 1 can chicken broth, 1/2 block velveeta cheese, 1 can mushrooms and 1 (3 lb.) chicken quarters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Boil chicken until done.
Boil spaghetti in broth from chicken. (If not enough add the can of chicken broth).
Debone chicken while noodles are cooking.
Cut up cheese into blocks (small).
Place cheese and milk in pot; melt over low heat.
After cheese sauce is melted, add mushrooms, Ro-Tel and chicken together.
When noodles are at your desired tenderness, add sauce with noodles and season to desired taste.
