Chicken Soupa
Chicken Soupa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large fryer, boiled, deboned and cut up, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 large can evaporated milk, 2 cans green chilies, chopped and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onion in butter.
Add chilies and cook.
Then add soup and milk and bring to a boil.
Grease a large baking dish and line with buttered tortillas.
Then make a layer of chicken and a layer of cheese.
Pour milk mixture over this.
Cover with more buttered tortillas and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
