Chicken Soup
Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 or 3 ribs celery with tops, chopped, 2 or 3 garlic pods, diced and 2 or 3 tsp. dried parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Simmer chicken, onion, celery, salt, pepper, bay leaves and salad dressing, about 3 hours.
Remove chicken and debone.
Then add chicken, tomatoes, diced carrots and potatoes.
Simmer another hour.
Add parsley and rice or noodles last 20 or 30 minutes.
