Chicken Soufflé
Chicken Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, crust removed and diced, 2 c. cooked chicken, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place 2 slices of diced bread cubes in bottom of a casserole dish.
Mix together chicken, mayo, onion and pepper.
Spread over cubes.
Add remaining cubes.
Beat eggs and milk; pour over cubes. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Spread soup and cheese over top.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
