Chicken Soufflé

Made with sliced white bread (1 large loaf), remove crust, 1 c. diced green pepper, 1 c. diced onion, 1 c. diced celery and 4 c. boiled chicken, cooked and cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line 10 x 13-inch pan with bread.
Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter.
Combine with cooked chicken; add mayonnaise. Spread over layer of bread.
Top with another layer of bread.
Beat eggs and milk; pour over top.
Pour mushroom soup over next.
Top with grated cheese and paprika.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Bake uncovered.
