Chicken Sopa
Chicken Sopa is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large chicken, cooked and diced in cubes, 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. tortilla chips, approximately 11 oz. diced green chilies and 1 to 1 1/2 lb. shredded monterey jack cheese (reserve 1 c. to sprinkle on top), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dilute soup with some of chicken broth.
Add diced chicken (use approximately 1 cup broth).
Mix together chicken mixture, chilies, cheese and tortilla chips.
Bake in 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350Β° until bubbles form on top of cheese.
