Chicken Siu Mai
Chicken Siu Mai is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. won ton wrappers, 1/2 lb. raw fish cake, 1 lb. ground chicken, 1 small can water chestnuts and 1/4 c. black mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix fish cake and chicken.
Add in finely diced water chestnuts, mushrooms and onions.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix filling well.
Using a spoon or butter knife, put filling on wrapper.
Squeeze up the sides, shaping siu mai in hand.
Put upright in steamer and steam 30 minutes, until cooked well.
