Chicken Salad Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 c. boiling water and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soften unflavored gelatin in boiling water.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in softened gelatin mixture, salt and pepper.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Add mayonnaise; stir until blended.
Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into a lightly oiled 5 cup mold.
Chill salad until firm. Yields 6 servings.
