Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken, 1/3 c. seedless green grapes, 1 1/2 oz. shredded fat-free mozzarella, 1/3 c. chopped celery and 1/8 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
Place lettuce leaf and tomato slice in each pita bread.
Spoon chicken salad on top of lettuce and tomato. Garnish with green grapes.
