Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) whole chicken, 2 stalks celery, chopped, 1/2 to 2/3 c. green onion, chopped, 2 c. red seedless grapes, halved and 1 c. sliced almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil chicken; debone.
Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Add chopped celery.
Add chopped green onion.
Add grapes.
Add almonds.
Add mayo.
Add more or less to get desired texture and taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
