Chicken Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 24 oz. twisted macaroni, cooked chicken (4 to 6 breasts), 1 1/2 c. italian dressing (lo-fat), 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (lo-fat) and 10 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook macaroni.
Mix cooked chicken and Italian dressing with hot macaroni.
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Stir in chopped onions, olives, cubes, celery, salt and pepper. Add to macaroni mixture.
Mix well.
Chill overnight in tight container.
