Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, bay leaf, celery, 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped and 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook chicken with bay leaf and celery for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
Save broth.
Cut up chicken.
Add 1/2 cup celery and onion; mix.
Mix Cool Whip and dressing; add to first mixture. Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add grapes.
Chill at least 3 hours.
Can add slivered almonds or raisins.
Serves 8.
