Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1/2 c. tossed almonds (optional), 1 c. seedless white grapes, cut in half, 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil chicken about 1 hour.
Cool and remove from the bone. Cut into bite-size pieces.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Mix lightly.
Add enough mayonnaise to coat well.
