Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. boned chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer), 1 c. sliced celery, 4 boiled eggs, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chicken until tender using additional celery, onion and salt in water for seasoning.
Remove chicken from bones and skin; add celery, onion, eggs and pickles.
Moisten with chicken broth to cut down on Miracle Whip.
Salt and pepper to taste.
