Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with c. diced chicken, c. chopped celery, hard boiled eggs, . onion and . relish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook diced Chicken until tender, let cool for 1 hour.
Combine Chicken, Celery, Eggs, Onion, Relish, Mayonnaise, Salt and Pepper. Toss together.
Cut the tops off the Tomatoes, scoop out a portion of the pulp and discard; fill each tomato with a portion of the Chicken Salad and put each Tomato on a portion of the shredded Lettuce.
Chill for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
