Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken breasts (5 or 6), bell pepper, celery and onion, 3 eggs, hard-boiled, 1 tsp. mustard and 1 c. relish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Season chicken breasts.
Place chicken breasts in large pot, along with bell pepper, celery and onion.
Add water in pot until chicken breasts are covered.
Let cook for about 4 hours, until breasts are tender (falling off bone).
Chop breasts into small pieces.
Add mustard, relish and mayonnaise to taste.
Add eggs (chopped also into small pieces).
Stir; ready to serve.
