Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken cutlets, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2/3 c. salad oil, 1 clove garlic, scored and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Saute in oil until done. Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and lemon juice.
Add the cooked chicken and cut up lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts and peppers.
Add can of water chestnuts (drained).
Toss with chicken mixture.
Marinate overnight.
Before serving, add the sesame seed.
