Boil chicken with onion and seasonings.
Cool, debone and chop. Cook pasta in broth from chicken; drain.
Add Velveeta, English peas, drained mushrooms and undrained Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Add chicken.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch casserole at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
