Chicken Rotel
Chicken Rotel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cooked chicken, 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 can ro-tel tomatoes, mashed, 4 oz. velveeta cheese, chopped and 1 c. english peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and pepper in Pam.
Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 4 minutes.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Add chicken, mushrooms and peas.
Add vermicelli, salt and pepper to taste.
Put in Pam sprayed casserole and heat at 350Β° until bubbly.
